This is a replacement top quilt panel only for dual-zipper Sleep Number® beds — we rebuild the quilted top using your existing zipper so it fits perfectly, and you save $250+ versus buying the complete outer shell. This is for dual-zipper beds. Because your bed has a separate top zipper, replacing just the top panel is easy and saves the most. If your bottom section, border, or zippers are also worn, you want the complete Box Top Shell instead.

How it works

We reuse your existing zipper so your new top quilt matches your bed exactly. After you place your order, follow these steps:

  1. Choose how to send your zipper. Either unzip and ship your whole top cover, or — to save on shipping — mark all four corners of your top zipper with a marker, then detach just the zipper from the quilt (a seam ripper or small scissors works to cut the threads connecting the quilt to the zipper) and mail only the zipper. The video below shows how.
  2. Mail it to us: Magic Sleeper, 105 E. 4th Street, Pottstown, PA 19464.
  3. We build and ship your new top using your existing zipper for a perfect fit.

What exactly am I buying?

Just the quilted top panel of your cover — not the full shell. We sew a brand-new top onto your existing zipper so it drops right back into your bed.

Why send my zipper?

Reusing your original zipper is what guarantees a perfect fit and lets us make just the top, which is why this costs $250+ less than a complete shell.

How do I know this is right for my bed?

This top-only option is for dual-zipper (Box Top) beds, where the top is its own zippered panel. If you are not sure, or your border and bottom section are also worn, the complete Box Top Shell is the better choice. Call 610-327-2322 and we will help you decide.

How long does it take?
