Foam Comfort Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love the feel of your bed. Picking a foam firmness from a description is not always easy, so if your new foam comes out firmer or softer than you hoped, we make it simple to get the right feel with a 30-day comfort exchange.
All of our replacement foam is custom-made to order in the size, feel, and height you choose. Because of that, we handle comfort exchanges as a courtesy to make sure you end up happy — something most made-to-order foam sellers will not do at all.
The 30-day comfort window
You have 30 days from the day your foam is delivered to request a comfort exchange or return. Most people know within a week or two whether the feel is right, so this gives you time to truly sleep on it before deciding. To start, just get in touch with your order number and let us know whether the foam feels too firm or too soft.

What qualifies
- Applies to our made-to-order foam comfort layers (regular, gel memory, latex, and egg crate).
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- For Option A refunds and credits, the returned foam must be clean and undamaged.
- Option B (50% off, keep your foam) is a one-time comfort exchange per order.

Frequently asked questions
When does the 30 days start?
From the day your foam is delivered, not the day you ordered. Custom foam takes time to make and ship, so the clock begins once it is actually in your hands.
How soon will I get my refund?
For Option A, we process your refund or exchange credit as soon as the returned foam arrives back to us. Sending us the tracking number when you ship helps us watch for it and turn it around quickly.
Who pays for return shipping?
For Option A, return shipping is covered by you. To keep it affordable, use the vacuum-bag trick above to compress the foam into a smaller box. Option B has nothing to ship at all.
Does the foam have to be in any particular condition?
For an Option A refund or credit, yes — it needs to come back clean and undamaged, with no stains or odors. With Option B you keep the foam, so condition does not matter.
Can I exchange for a different type of foam, not just a different firmness?
Absolutely. Your refund or credit (Option A) or your 50% off (Option B) can go toward any foam we carry — switch from regular foam to gel memory, latex, or whatever feel suits you best.
