Comes with all four perimeter rails — both sides plus head and foot — with an optional center rail for the split-head setup.

These rails are a higher density with a better seating edge than the original — 2.6 density and a firm 85 ILD. You can't go wrong with this level of quality for stronger, longer-lasting perimeter edge support.
