What size is this? FlexTop split-head sizes explained
This foam is made for Sleep Number FlexTop split-head beds and comes in Queen, King, and Cal King. Whichever size you choose, it is one solid foam layer with a 34" cut from the center of the head running toward the middle, which lets the two heads of the bed raise independently on a FlexFit adjustable base. Even with that head cut, the foam is a single piece with one uniform feel across the whole surface. Pick your size and height when you add to cart.

Is your FlexTop King built from two separate Twin XL pieces?
Some FlexTop King beds use two separate Twin XL foam layers (38" × 80" each) instead of one solid piece with a head cut. If that is how yours is built, order two Twin XL layers from our standard soft regular foam instead. Two separate pieces is also the only way to set a different feel on each side of a FlexTop bed. What this foam feels like
This is the softest, plushest option in our foam line. At 1.5 lb density and 12 ILD it cushions your body and relieves pressure, letting you sink in more than our medium or firm foams. It is the choice if you find your bed too firm or you want a softer, more contouring surface. Prefer a more balanced feel? Our medium regular foam (35 ILD) is the closest match to Sleep Number original foam, and our firm regular foam (50 ILD) is the most supportive.
Which thickness should I choose?
The thickness you pick sets how much foam sits over the air chambers, and it also affects your shell height. Most beds use a 2" or 3" comfort layer. Match the thickness you have now to keep the same shell height, or go thicker for a deeper, more cushioned layer (which raises your shell height by the difference, so order a cover to match if you are replacing that too).
